Be Creative

Off we went on the bus to visit the Art Gallery. It was very exciting!

Getting ideas

 We walked around and viewed the art on the walls. We had to spot some items...What were we looking for again?

Now it was our turn to be creative.

 
The children are creating 'Beasts' for our Room 2 book we are making.
 Don't worry if you weren't there as Mrs A brought back some extra materials for you to illustrate  a page as well!

 First we drew the shape. Then we decided on the eyes our beast would have. Real animal eyes..eek! How many eyes did your beast have?

 We were told we had great scissor skills. Look at the concentration!

Now it's time to decide on the paint.

 After that we drew some weird mouths and tails.

 We still have more to add. We will experiment with collage and colour pencils to finish. Who remembers what the monsters brought to the party?
